1. Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions:
- "Skorly", "we", "us", "our" refers to Skorly, operating at Jalan SS15/4B, Subang Jaya, 47500 Selangor, Malaysia.
- "User", "you" refers to any individual accessing this website or enrolling in a program.
- "Program" refers to any credit education course, workshop, or comprehensive program offered by Skorly.
- "Agreement" refers to these Terms & Conditions in full.
- "Content" refers to all text, materials, annotated examples, worksheets, glossaries, and reference resources provided as part of a program.
- "Website" refers to the Skorly website at skorly.biz.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or enrolling in a program, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our website or enrol in any program.
3. Nature of Our Services
Skorly provides general educational information and structured learning programs relating to credit reports. All content is provided for educational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, credit, or professional advice of any kind.
Nothing in our programs, materials, website, or any communication from Skorly should be interpreted as a recommendation, endorsement, or assessment of any individual's personal financial situation.
For advice specific to your circumstances, please consult a licensed financial adviser, credit counsellor, or relevant regulatory body in Malaysia.
4. Enrolment and Access
Enrolment in a Skorly program is confirmed upon receipt of full payment and a confirmation communication from us. Program access details will be provided within 2 working days of confirmed enrolment.
Access to program content and materials is granted for the individual enrollee only. You may not share, transfer, or resell access to any program or program materials.
Skorly reserves the right to decline an enrolment at its discretion, in which case any fees received will be returned in full.
5. User Responsibilities
As a user of our website and programs, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when submitting enquiries or enrolling
- Use our website and program content for lawful and personal educational purposes only
- Not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any program content without our written permission
- Not engage in conduct that disrupts other participants' learning experience in group sessions
- Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems or content
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Skorly website and within our programs — including text, annotated samples, worksheets, glossaries, and reference materials — is owned by or licensed to Skorly and is protected under applicable Malaysian intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use program materials for your own personal educational purposes during the program period. No other rights are granted.
7. Payment and Fees
All program fees are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Full payment is required prior to enrolment confirmation. Payment methods accepted are communicated at the time of enrolment.
Refund policy: If you cancel more than 7 calendar days before your program start date, you are entitled to a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the program start date are not eligible for a refund. If Skorly cancels or substantially reschedules a program, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative session at no additional cost.
8. Disclaimers
Our website and programs are provided "as is". While we take care to ensure the accuracy of our educational content, we make no representations about the completeness or currency of the information provided.
We do not make any representations about outcomes that may result from participation in our programs. Educational understanding is the sole intended outcome.
Programme schedules, facilitators, and delivery formats may be subject to change. We will notify participants of any material changes in a timely manner.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, Skorly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or participation in our programs.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to this Agreement shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the program in question.
10. Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall first be referred to informal resolution by contacting us at [email protected].
If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days, disputes may be referred to the courts of Malaysia, to whose exclusive jurisdiction both parties hereby submit.
11. General Provisions
- Entire agreement: These terms constitute the full agreement between you and Skorly regarding use of our website and programs.
- Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
- Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
- Assignment: You may not assign rights under this Agreement without our written consent.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The "Last Updated" date will be revised accordingly. Continued use of our website or participation in programs after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
